The food at the Seafire Steakhouse was totally fabulous. I had massages in the morning, a great way to start the day. I enjoyed playing with the dolphins in the afternoon. We will be coming back without a doubt!
The restaurant staff and pool bar staff seemed pretty irritated we were even there. It was very confusing since we were spending cash. I reminded me of an inconvenience just ordering a drink at the bar. It almost made us want to pick another place for future vacation.

the room was upgraded and had amazing views. the minor maintenance issues i reported were fixed the same day! christine from housekeeping was really friendly. the grounds of the hotel and pool area were lovely. the lazy river provided much relaxation.
the restaurants were very cold, so warm clothing was needed!

the pools have many options for families. the water park is well-kept and clean. the lazy river runs throughout the resort, offering a relaxing way to see the grounds and explore the facilities.

The rooms feature comfortable beds and quality linens. Housekeeping provides thorough daily service. The harbor view allowed us to watch the boats come and go, fun! the room included complimentary wifi.

There are several restaurants with diverse menus. i found options ranging from casual snacks to formal dining. the marina area includes multiple restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Everything seemed very convenient.

the front desk staff was cute and helpful. the housekeeping team was efficient. service at the restaurants was attentive. everyone seemed willing to assist with questions or directions, greatly appreciated.

the location offered easy access to both the beach and the marina! the hotel is within walking distance of several attractions. i noticed shuttle services are available to other areas of the island though i did not use them.
